Libra Industries Welcomes Don McCormick as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Libra Industries, a leading provider of systems integration, precision machining, metal fabrication and electronics manufacturing services (EMS), is pleased to announce the appointment of Don McCormick as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. McCormick brings decades of global leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development across the electronics manufacturing services (EMS), outsourced design, and distribution sectors.
A seasoned executive, McCormick has held senior positions including Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Asteelflash, Vice President of Business Development at EPIC Technologies (now NEO Tech), and Head of Business Development at Venture Corporation, where he led international business growth across a wide range of technology domains. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at DJM Consulting, where he delivered strategic sales, business development, and marketing services to EMS, OEM electronics, private equity, and technology clients worldwide.
McCormick’s expertise includes profit and loss management, mergers and acquisitions, global sales strategy, customer expansion, and operational excellence. He has consistently delivered significant sales and EBITDA growth, expanded customer bases, and guided organizations through both high-growth and turnaround environments. His ability to quickly analyze and simplify complex challenges has made him a trusted leader across the EMS industry.

McCormick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey. In addition to his corporate roles, he has contributed his leadership to advisory and community organizations, including serving on the Advisory Board for GlobalSF’s SF:Asia initiative, the Arizona Technology Council, and as Chair of the Contra Costa County Library Commission.
